Credit Card payment not Done

My Name is Anuradha. Dantam. I have made my payment of my ICICI Credit card Bill of 882/- on 10th of july from my Axis bank Online account. The Money was debited from my Axis bank account. But the Bill was not payed. I enquired the ICICI bank people, Initially they have asked about the Transaction ID to track the Transaction, but after 20 days of delay when enquired about the status of the Request they are asking again ARN number.

The ARN number will be generated when only when transaction was made. there is no means to get the Number now. i.e after 20 days.

Miserable service with the ICICI bank.
