Havent received my provident fund yet!

I had worked in Intelenet Global Services (India) Pvt Ltd as Sr. Customer service excecutive for over a year.

I had forwarded my Provident fund claim request through the company HR and I am assured that the form has been send though way back in March.

So far I havent received any money from P F.

Designation: Sr. Customer Service Executive

Kindly advise me how will I follow up on this issue!
