FRAUD lottery scam

I recieved a mail saying that i some some lottery... and asking me to contact the despatch officer Mr. Robert Williams

.the telephone no. is also fake.. as it has 13 digits insead if 12... and i am sure i will recieve another mail in some time asking me to deposit some money in some account...

such fraud scams should be curbed...

if any thing can be done regarding the same... please let me know...
