Dear Sir/Madam,

This is regarding the docket no. of 98953447 which i have sent to bangalore. The bos was completly damage when recvd.by my destination customer and dut to the damage internal material was damage when recvd. and damage has been happened due to your delivery boy, it has been accepted by him at my customer place.

So, Pls. let me know what should be the next for my damge material
