Salary not released

Dear Sir

I have worked for a company called interlabels india pvt limited, maljipada, thane, Mumbai wef 1st July 08 to 9-Dec. On sudden termination by company on 9 dec08 i was assured in written that i will be given the salary of Nov08 and dec 08 and other pending dues within 7 days from the termination date. Inspite of so many reminders telephonically and in written to the HR department and then the MD they have not released the salaries and pending dues till date. They are not responding. What should i do legally
