Internet Broadband New connection
No Proper response

Already am existing customer of BSNL Internet Broadband. Due to the dissatisfaction of BSNL service I planned to take Airtel connection and had a talk with airtel people (Ph.044 43504801) The executive Ms. Divya talked to me and comitted to send a person to collect the application on 13.10.09 between 7pm to 7.30 pm and connection will be given the next day before 12.30 noon as per my requirement. But the same day by 6.30 pm a male voice called me said that he will come and collect app.form the next day morning and the connection will be given simultaniouly before 12.30noon as per my requirement. Then I got a call from airtel on 14th by 12 noon it said that due to the absence of a boy they could provide it on time so they will do it before that night.

Is the Airtel, a reputed big concern is rely on only one boy? If the Airtel is not able to follow the commitment why they commit?

Above all why do u waste our precious time? We dont rely only on Airtel there are so many companies are in market. Dont insult and irritate the customers.
