Customer care no.of BSNL 18004241600 are hopeless.

They are not bothered to answer our queries, atleast give some solution whether they could do it or not.

Instead they will say connect to other person & JUST CUT IT SEVERAL TIMES.

IS THIS THE WAY BSNL INTERNET PEOPLE ARE PROVIDING SERVICE?

I REQUEST THE MANAGEMENT TO TAKE STRICT ACTION ON THESE PEOPLE, FOR THE SUSTAINENANCE OF BSNL.
