Internet connection
Not received the new internet connection

I have applied for new broadband connection on April 10 through BSNL shoppe, @ chromepet. And they promissed that they will give connection within 10 days. I have received the land line connection after 40 days only, but i didn't get the internet connection till now and there is no response from chromepet exchange, they are failed to keep there words. And even the land line is also not working (Noisy, handset heat) after a week of installation. kindly organize to solve this pending issue before tomorrow.
