Non receipt of my PF settlement

Dear Sir,

My PF Account No. MH/46070/61

I was an employee of M/s. Interventional Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Mumbai from Jan. 2005 to Dec., 08.

I submitted my PF Settlement Claim Statement to the Company about two months ago.

Please let me know the status as I am yet to receive the settlement.

I am at present living in a rented house and propose to

construct my own house for which I am need of this amount due to me.

Kindly do the needful as the amount is reqd. for construction of my house.
