Mundra Port IPO Refund

I have applied for Mundra Port, in its recent IPO, 90 shares @ Rs.440/- each totalling to Rs.39, 600/-.

Payment made through Citi Bank Cheque No. 670450 dtd: 05-11 (Rs.39, 600/- and the same was debited to my account in Nov'07 itself)

I have not been allotted any shares nor my money has been refunded. I have sent n number of mails to Intime Spectrum, the registrars to the issue, regarding my refund. But there is no reply till date for the same. Even there is no reply for my letter faxed to their office.

I have tried to call them over phone. During the working hours, it is engaged like anything and always ask me to call after some time. But after 5.30 p.m. it rings but nobody there to lift the phone. I even sent a mail to the company secretary- but the result is same.

My money is sitting with somebody for more than 3 months without any purpose and noabouts. There is no one to respond.

Please take this one as final reminder and refund urgently. Otherwise, I will be forced to take legal action on this issue.
