My mother applied in the IPO of Future Capital Holdings in which nil shares were allotted to her and she did not get any refund of her application money till now. For this reason, I e-mailed more than 6 times and called more than 20 times in your company and interestingly not a single damn reply got from your side.
I called on no. 022-25963838 on 27-03 at 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM for almost 10 to 12 times. Most of the times there was no answer, once the phone was picked up by the receptionist who just on listening that I did not got IPO refund hang up the phone with the note that call at 022-25960320. I was about to say that I already called on this number for more than 10 times and this no. always comes busy and no one is responding there, but who cares. She cannot waste time listening my problems. I again called her for more than 5 times but each time without even speaking “hello” she always just hung-up the phone with the same computer saved note to call at ….. This is the quality of courtesy of your receptionist. Two other nos. in which I called with no success were 022-25960329 & 022-25946969
Once I even called at 10:00 P.M. on no. 022-25963838 because I was fed up in calling at office hours as there was always no answer. This time security guard picked up the call. I gave him all the details of refund order and asked him who looks into the matter and he spoke ‘Sushant’, I even asked him to forward the details to the concerned person but than also no further response came from the concerned person. God save me!
I mailed 6 to 7 times at the following email addresses on 12-03, 17-03, 19-03

but who cares to reply me or tell me the status of my problem.
In your eye-catching website, I filled in the details of my application no. and Client ID but no information was found because many times the website was not working and many times it says no record.
It is very sorry to say that your company is very poor in serving the investors and is completely irresponsible. I was not aware before investing in Future Capital Holdings IPO that I am dealing with the infamous people of Intime Spetrum who do not consider their privilege in serving clients. Not alone me, but many people at my place consider Intime Spectrum as not upto mark and refrain from investing in the IPO where your company is manager. Sorry to say but I share their views. Even in moneycontrol.com website in the users views section where they share ideas in relation to any IPO or company performance, I read one message that don’t invest in the IPO because Intime Spectrum is the manager of issue. I did not put attention to that message at that time, but now I can understand its significance.
If you are interested in solving my problem and issuing refund order than the following details will be useful.
The IPO application was made for 128 equity shares @ Rs. 765/- i.e. cut-off price vide application no. 34785622. Cheque no. 427061 dated 15-01 was issued for the amount Rs. 97, 920/-. The bank passbook shows that cheque no. 427061 was cleared on 24-01. No allotment was made to the applicant. Also no refund till date was received. Please also pay interest for the delay period as the amount involved is big for me and wastage of interest @ 24% for the delay period of approx. 3 months is considerable and we must be compensated as no fault lie at our end.
