Issue: Exit offer of JK Investo (delisting) on dated 29 Sept. Still we have not received payment.
As per the correspondence with Intimespectrum Registry Ltd officer (same is attached below), after repeated follow-up they were asking for transfer shares to Intimespectrum Registry Ltd. We sent the same on 17 Oct. Now they are saying that payment cannot be made as the offer is closed w.e.f. 29 Sept.
Requesting you to kindly look into the matter on priority basis.

Have you transfer the shares on 17/11/08 of JK Investo, but the offer was already closed on 29/09. Please confirm with your DP for the same.
As the offer was closed we can not pay for the same.

Madam, I had sent application form dully filled tendering to J.K.Investors Ltd. the fully paid equity shares through Vichare courier AO NO. 306871 on 22nd Aug'08 through speed courier to reach you on the same day.
As per the Final Exit Offer letter received from M/S J.K. Investors Ltd. payment on reaching of the application form from 16th day till the last day of the month, the dispatch of payment will be by the 7th day of next month.
Accordingly I should have received the payment by 7th of this month, but till date haven't received the same.
Request you to kindly let me know the status of the payment.
