Card Expired before due Date

Sir,

I had purchased cash card brand name ITZcash having s.no: s00023869073

card no:787641137186 in Jan09. I first used it on 07.01.09 . As per terms and condition

printed onto card- this card was valid for one year from the date of first use.

I tried check balance of this card on company's website but it was not showing. I contacted

company via email and i was replied that card have veen expired on 07.07.09 . It had

balance of Rs. 1300 Apprx at that time. [ Company detail can be got on www.itzcash.com]

How can it be expire before due date?

I want my balance amount be credited to card.
