Beware of freshers!
Invictus technology solutions private limited is one of the worst company, they always recruiting freshers because their earning is a part of the fresher recruitment. Freshers are paid Rs.40, 000/- for the training. After the completion of training, the employees didn't get the salary properly. Even if the employees asking about it, they never mind and don't care about the employees welfare. Always say we will give you salary within three days, within one week, but till date most of the employees didn't get their salary properly even in a single month. Also the employees who left from the company not availed their arrears and salary balance till date. Everybody have the minimum 3 months salary pending. Please take necessary steps and actions against them.
