Transaction-amount missing in my account

Iam dineshchandrasekharan having the account in IOB-Bank and my account number :5927 and my ATM card number 4221XXXXXXXXXX9842.On "05-08" wednes day i did withdrawl transaction for the amount 10, 000 /-Rs in Axis ATM using IOB-ATM card. At that time system shows that "host server offline ..please try again later". After that i went to IOB-ATM and check the mini statement..it shows tha amount already reduced with AXIS ATM TXN ID.

I already informed to IOB Bank in nellore. I requesting you please verify and reback amount in my account.
