Dear Sir/ Madam,
This refers mentioned subject problem while using Indian Overseas Bank atm located in Madhav Complex, Near Rly Station Kalyan (W), it happened on 20.10.08, as I gone for withdrawl of of Rs 1000, transaction was unsuccessful so I did not get the money for that transaction but a sum of Rs. 1000/- found transaction effected on the same day when I visited IOB branch.
The corresponding complaint has already been logged to Indian Overseas Bank Khadakpada Branch Kalyan (w), but after so many frequent reminders through personal approach and written requests there is no satisfactory reply received therefore you are requested to resolve the issue &arrange to return the sum of 1000/- to my IOB I bank saving account no.- 15931 .
