Iam a resident of Bangalore, with Consumer no.CA 46532. The LPG is provided to me by Cauvery Indane Agency at K.R.puram, Bangalore. I had called up the agency on Oct. 8th'2007 to deliver the LPG. it has been one month and yet the cylinder has not been delivered at my place. Each time I call up the agency, they give me some or the other excuses.
This type of service is least acceptable by customers with only one cylinder. As the agency is located at a distance, it's my sincere request to open up a new agency at a near by place so that customers are not put to trouble.
