IOC/Indane Gas
Not Picking up phone/Delivery

Sir,

I am consumer of Nataraj Indane Gas Agency at Yelahanka Bangalore with the Consumer No: 12938. The Agency phones 28567554 and 28567553 are continously either busy or no reply. Obviously they keep the receiver of phone aside. This I have confirmed myself. There is abnormal delay in delivering the gas cylinder. I am staying in HIG C-6/90 KHB 5th phase which is less than 1.5 Kms from the agency office. I booked for cylinder on 25th May and inspite of two personal visits, and four telephone calls, the cylinder is not yet delivered. To make one call and talk to them itself is a very frustrating experience. I hope some solution could be found for this problem.
