Non supply of gas and non attendance of phone call

Dear Sir/ Madam

I am an army officer posted in the field and my father is also posted outside. My mother stays alone with my old grandmother. Despite myself booking the gas on 16 July on phone the gas cylinder is still not provided at my house causing inconvenience and stress to old ladies (senior citizen). And also despite several reminders gas didn't come. On contacting they give silly excuses and didnot attend the phone call.

I request you to address my problem and give me a definite solution so that I shall be relieved and concentrate on my duty. And also I can't come frequently on leave for procuring gas cylinder. Waiting in anticipation for your positive response.
