Abnormal delay in LPG supply

I'm a lpg consumer with M/S SHASHI CHARU INDANE, debra, paschim midnapur, wb. Customer no is sc/04781.one day the distributor came to me and other neighbours and forced us to give them forty rupee as a inspection charge and a gas pipe worth Rs 190. They told us if we disagree to give the said rupees then the supply will be stoped. In this situation we give the amount. Now i want to know the actual fact from higher authority. I shall grateful to you if you send me the details and take necesery legal

action.
