GAS BOTTEL NOT RECD SINCE LAST 2 MONTH

Dear concern,

My self Himanshu S Pawar from Baroda (gujarat) India, my IOCL LPG gas bottels customer id# 234 and my gas agent name & details mentioned as per below.

Please be informed that since last 2 month, the above mentioned IOCL agency are closed, due to that we are facing a lot of problem to get the gas bottel, as there is alternat agent available (name & other details mentioned in above), & with them we had booked our GAS bottel since last 23 days, but still not recd the same, & moreover they not picking up the customer's call & not responding the status of our booking.

I would highly appreciate if you can refer my above request and help me on the same on Top Most Priority basis.
