Undue delay in supply of gas refil

My consumer no is 47515. I am attached to M/s Rose Gas Agency, Adambakkam. Chennai.88.

I booked for refill on 14th June and my booking serial no is 230621. I was informed while checking through the automated booking system on 24th June that cash memo has been prepared and the cash memo number is 13809. We have visited the gas agency personally and they informed us that we will get the gas 21 days after the cash memo preparation date. It is now going to become 1 month since we booked for the refill and yet to receive the same.

Looking forward for a prompt favorable action and early resolution of our problem.
