SIR,

I (CONSUMER NO:26) HAVE BOOKED LPG REFILL TO PRAMILA INDNE DISTRIBUTOR, PURNEA (BIHAR) ON 08/02 VIDE ORDER NO 1574 .BUT AS IT WAS NOT DELIVERED TO ME UPTO 23/02 I MADE A ENQUIRY REGADING REFILLING THEY TOLD THAT RECEIPTHAS BEEN ISSUED.BUT, ACTULLY AFTER ENQUIRY THEY ISSUED THE RECEIPT DATED 23/02 AT 02/30AM THAT AFTER MY ENQUIRY & FINALLY REFILL WAS MADE AVAILBLE TO ME ON 26/02 AFTER A GAP OF 18 DAYS. CAN REALLY IOCL ACCEPT SUCH TYPE COSUMER SERVICE
