Drawer's Sing. not done on cheque

Dear, Sir/Madam

I had apply my pf from pf department 6 months ago. the deparment deposite in my account two cheques out of had cleared but second had bounced due to drawer's sing had not done on the cheque the cheque had retuned to the bank and charged on my account.

the chque no is 118077. the bank name is State Bank of India

kindly solve my this problem
