Dear madam/sir

This is Chunchu satyahari s/o C Balaiah worked for I Process Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad from Aug 07 to July 11th of 2008. My empl Code is C20010. I got My PF application from Delhi by I Process Office. Same i was Posted on 19th Jan.

I call your office so many times.on phone, But they said that they didnt received my application.

IN this regard i went to Post Office and gave a complaint. But they shown a proof of your office stamp, that already delivered my form on 23rd Jan.

my PF No MH/47808/17828.

I am sending another xerox copy of my applciation through Register post to your office. please do the needful and revert to my mail
