Dear Sir,

My Name is Rahul Singh & I have send my PF form by

courier dt. 10/01/09 in Mumbai Office.

Due to manager sign. differ so pf cheque bounce in my account.

I have already done by all pendencies in mumbai office on Dt 21/07/10 & receiving in my hand but no any further action in pf office.

Kindly arrange current status asap.
