We are a web development company based in India. We contacted Jeffery to offer our template design service & he asked us to design 3 templates per week. Our designers did the job which jeffery accepted for first two weeks & paid for it..Later, he asked us to design more templates which we did. Jeffery accepted them & asked for modifications, which was again done by our team.. He asked us to send an invoice & we sent him an invoice fo 950$, which was accepted by him. He asked us to wait for sometime for the payment, which we did. After almost ten days, when we reminded him of the payment, he sounded aplogitic & saif that due to lack fo funds he can, t pay immdietly but will pay in two parts in two weeks. We accepted that as a business situation. The two weeks have passed..We, almos ton daily basis call him on phone, buzz him on skype messenger, send him reminder emails but he is not responding. It looks like he has no intention of paying to us & we are worried. I have got all chat details of him related to his acpetance & apreiation fo our work & payment & i can sedn to anyone concerend. I need help to get this payment out from Jeff & will never do any business with him. Thanks
