I was working in this company since 20th October. This company is in Sector-126, Noida. I am terminated from this company on 6th may. It is a call center. They call to people in America to pay their outstanding bills. I was also working there as a bill colector. I worked on 5th may also but they didn't informed me on that day that i am terminated. I received a termination letter from them on 6th may at 3:21pm, which states that i m terminated from the company and the reason was performance and the date mentioned on the termination letter is 1st may but i worked on 5th may also. Even after my termination I am getting calls from there transport department for my pickup at around 12:30 am daily for my pickup but i was in evening shift and my pickup was scheduled at around 4 pm daily. My pickup was never scheduled at 12.30 am. This is mentally harassment i told them that i am no more with your company but still they call me daily for my pickup. However as I know any company cannot terminate their employee without informing and in case they do they need to pay 1 month's extra salary to that person. So I request you to please take necessary action against this company and kindly inform me whether i can do something regarding this or not.
