Non refund of the Cancelled ticket amount

I have not got refund of the Cancelled ticket amounts from Irctc for the following two cases.

Case 1 :

Cancellation date - 01-Sep

PNR 4512681589

Amount Rs.4116/-

Case 2 :

Cancellation date - 16-Aug

PNR 4365366499

Amount Rs.390/-

I have followed up with Irctc customer care thru phone - 1 time & by Mail (Care@irctc.com) more than 5 times.

All my attempts are in vain.
