I booked through IRCTC a package tour to OOTY from Chennai (2008 Summer). In OOTY we were made to stay in a hotel called OOTY GATE. On the day we stayed there it rained heavily in OOTY and the room we were staying was leaking completely. Our family didn't sleep the whole night. I made a complaint to IRCTC but so far i haven't heard from them. Please avoid that hotel if IRCTC again makes you to stay there.
