Ticket not booked and amount debitted twice

I have booked my ticket from Rajkot to Vadodara, due to system failure ticket was not booked and amount was debitted from a/c, second day on 23rd FEB - 09, again the same amount debittedfrom my a/c and got creditted few seconds later, It means amount debitted twice but creditted once, I have mail the matter to IRCTC but not get any revert yet... pls sugest what to do now??
