Double payment of e-ticket having pnr no.8520624321

Respected Sir,

I have booked a ticket on 12th April for the journey on 14th April . from dabra (dba) to hazart nizamuddin (nzm).i checked my atm balance. I found double money was withdrawal instead of single payment of 1255 RUPEES by irctc .i have made my ticket through internet, it was a e-ticket .pnr no. of ticket was 8520624321.

can you please help me in refunding my money.please take action against my copmplaint.
