Moeny Deduction for failed transaction

Dear Sir,

I booked a ticket from Tata to Howrah in Barbil Janshatbdi for 27th. My first transaction was shown invalid due to server failure. Next one was ok. But Money has been deducted from by SBI account for both the transaction, the valid as well as the invalid. Please do something about it.
