Cancellation not refunded

Dear Sir/Madam

I have cancelled the ticket on 21-Apr and I also cancelled 3 more ticket along with it. I have got the refund for only 3 tickets and did not get the refund for one of them. Ticket details are given below. I tried the on the telphone no. given on the site, but never I got through the line. So I sent the mail to which I got a autoresponse and received a ticket against my complaint [IRCTC #169443]. However I did not receive any resolution for the complaint nor there is a way to check the status of the complaint. Please if possible look into this.
