7 tickets booked in tatkal

Dear Sir,

I was trying to book a train ticket in TATKAL from Chennai to Mysore on 20th June the IRCTC site was showing page cannot be displayed error & due to my consceutive tries to the site i ended up booking 7 TATKAL tickets & at aroung 3:30 p.m on 18th june when i checked my e-mail i was surprised that the tickets have been booked & i immediately mailed IRCTC to cancel the 6 tickets & not to charge me the amount for the same as it was the site down error & not from my side... But till now till 6:30 P.M i have no mail confirmation mail,
