TDR Status after 15 months
I have filed a TDR for the the train delayed by more then 11 hrs.
After filing the TDR within 2 days the status became Admin approaved but till date refund didn't happened... I have send repeted mails on etickets@irctc.co.in, care@irctc.co.in, tdrprocess@irctc.co.in but of no use. Each time i received below email from tdrprocess.
"Dear customer,
Sorry for the inconvenience. Kindly note that your refund case of PNR No. 2146578553 has been forwarded to CCM/North Western Railway. As soon as refund, if any, received it will be credited to your card account.. "
Following are my details as per IRCTC website...
