Refund against TDR by irctc

This has been really ahorrible experience with the IRCTC as I am yet to received my refund towards the TDR request which is filed on 04the may. These guyes even are not replying to my mails and updating me of any progress. I am really disapoointed of this horrible customer serivce.
Can anyone help me out as I am crying in wilderness and no help from this bastards (irctc).
Please guide me.
