Transaction failed online railway reservation

Sir/Madam,

When i was making payment for rail reservation from Gadag to Yesvantpur by train No 6531 through online SBM Netbanking, It displayed " Transaction cannot be processed but the amount has been deducted from my bank account. I not got reservation slip.

Pls look into the matter and do needful. Below pasted ticket history
