Less amount refunded

Hi,

On 26th May-09 I had filed a TDR as the train was late more than three hours and the amount of the ticket was Rs 1985.00.But the amount which is acutally refunded on 28th Aug-09 is only Rs.980.00.

I do not understand why the less amount has been refunded.

Kindly look into it as it has been now a long time. The deatils of the ticket are as under.

I have written 8 emails to irctc on tdr@irctc.co.in> and tdrprocess@irctc.co.in> regarding this issue but there was no response from their side. Even I called up them at their customer care number but they provide me no solution.
