TDR Refund not processed

I had filed TDR dated 6th june. Reason For TDR: the train did not have any stopage at nagpur on 3 june. yet, my ticket was booked in that train. (train no 8518, date of journey 3/6/09). Now guys of TDR process says it was my mistake in booking the ticket on that train without checking the stoppage list from get route. I asked them for their identity so that i could mention that here, but they refused to give me their identity.

Although its status is showing "Admin Approved" and "refund under process", But no more further progress.

As per i know these process involves no more than 90 days from the day TDR is files. All the required details are mentioned below. Waiting for quick and positive response.
