Problems with online transactions - reg

Hi,

I have tried to book two tickets from COIMBATORE (CBE) to HYDERABAD (HYB). My account has been debited a sum of rupees 1045 but I have not received the tickets and did not find them in the "booked tickets" menu also. I have written about this issue to care@irctc.com but have not received any replies.
