Attached pl find three files regarding booking of i-tickets from LTT to TVC today morning at 8.30. The tatkal ticket booking went very smoothly and the transaction was successfully concluded by debiting my account (see 1*).
However, the next screen (see 2**) advised me that the transaction could not be completed due to reasons unknown. However, on checking with ''failed booking', it was due to non receipt of funds from bank, although the bank has already been debited. The end result I am not given a booking as the PNR shows 0. Kindly look into the matter and regularize my booking since you have already debited my bank account and advise me the booking. My contact number is 022-28387532/9869209448. AL Antony
