Food provided by the railway catering division is sub-standard, insufficient and highly priced.

Lacks proper cleaning and toilet stinks even at the start of a journey.

Some fans not funtioning at all even after a verbal complaint to the TTR

Overall it seems there is no professional approach by the authorities in maintaing an adequate standard unlike in other countries
