Very bad service by indian railways

The following were the problems in 3tier B1 coach:

1) There was rodents: rats and coachroaches in the coach

2) The dustbins were always full. Most of the travellers were forced to litter the country with plastics and other items

Please try to improve services. We are no longer a third world country. Try to benchmark and beat the best rail services in the world.
