Extra deducation

Sir,

I booked the ticket on 18th april & 10th may but amount is deducted on

18th april-- Ticket is Booked

1st May-twice -- No ticket booked but amount is deducted twice

10th May -- Ticked booked

on 15th May-- No ticket booked but amount is deducted

Means near about 3700 extra amount is deducted from IRCTC & I am calling to customer care but no responce & i have forwarded near about 10 mails but waste

I have provided all details to IRCTC
