Non-receipt of Refund for cancelled e-ticket

Dear Madam/Sir,

I had purchased an e-Ticket, details of which are written below :

Adult : 2 Child : 1

The above train had however been cancelled from Howrah due to Bandh in West Bengal.

Subsequently I had cancelled the E-ticket on 05/06 for the journey on the same date due to the above Bandh in W. Bengal.

However since then I have not heard from IRCTC, nor received my Refund although the period of 90 days has long lapsed.

You are requested to guide me in this regard.
