Efund not recieved

Due to cancellation of train no.2820 on dt. 11.7.2008 from new delhi to tatanager. i along with my family could not travel against this e-ticket (pnr no.2450384530). for the cancellation, i had e-mail to irctc on 11.7. tdr filed on 16.7.2008 and serval reminder maid to irctc. but refund not recieved till day. so please take up the case urgently and help me.
