Dear Sir,

I have sent a complaint addressed to IRCTC Ernakulam head regarding the below mentioned incident occurred during my journey through the Station Master Shornur Junction Station on 21 st December. So far no response from their end that is why this letter for your attention and action.

On 21st December at around 11 am while I was trvelling from Calicut to Shornur Juction with my kid in Chennai- Egmor train, I bought a cup of coffee from a IRCTC vendor form the train for my kid. I found some dirty like cockroach skin in the coffee. Since ai could not trace the vendor at that moment, I showed this to another vendor who came along that time. But he does not given any attention to my plea. Hence I have approached the Junction Station master and briefed the incident and given a written complaint in the prescribed form given by the officer. He said he will forward my complaint to the higher authorities.

One person called from Ernamkulam Office called me once to confirm the matter. Till this date I have not have any information there after I am totally disappointed on the lethargic approach towards my serious complaint with which I was even missed my connection train to my native.

As chief of the Zone, I believe you would consider my application for a enquiry and the culprit to be traced out. I do believe that you will look in to my matter seriously and no passengers especially lone lady passengers should have similar type of experience in future.
