Malfunctioning of website

For last three days i am trying to book tatkal ticket, but as soon as clock ticks 8 a.m. site goes down

and within few minutes all seats are full, railway agents book all the seats while needy people like us

doesn't get a seat. Most of the time it shows service not available.this site is created tor the make railway

reservation easy and comfortable for common man but this objective is yet to be achived, only agents are

making merry of it.

I want an explantion on this matter from Irctc and i also want them to limit the no.of reservation to an agent so that common people cannot be fooled. I am not able to go home because of this problem.

please look into the matter, it is aserious problem
