Complaint against deactivation of user id

As irctc has deactivated my account naming artijaswa against TDR filed for PNR No.2640501023, dated 31/10, total 4 tickets were booked (2 children & 2 adults) but i have canceled 2 tickets out of these and got the refund. But on travel day i.e 31/10 due to some reason, other passanger could not traveled, against which the TDR was filed. The traveling passanger has cleared this to TC while ticket verification that other passenger is not travelling. We are not sure if the TC has sold the ticket to some other stranger passanger without information. And irctc has blocked my id saying fraud TDR filed. I am not able to book my tickets now.
